The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force is proud that Winter Party Festival is the forum to preview this new traveling memorial. The mission of The Gay American Heroes Foundation is to honor and remember the victims of hate crimes against LGBT people, while at the same time seeking to engage and inform the public about the reality of hate crimes against our community. The exhibit hopes to inspire compassion and instill a greater appreciation and acceptance of diversity within the community.

Beautiful Dreamer is presented by and for the transgender members of our community and their friends. In addition to dinner and cocktails, the evening includes a presentation by noted sexologist and author Dr. Marilyn Volker and entertainment by special guests Mark Angelo, Boom Boom, Sandy Collins and Topaz. Beautiful Dreamer guests will be on a "will call" list at the venue, so they do not have to visit the Welcome Center to pick up their tickets.
